We supply and install high-density baghouse filters, wet scrubbers, and continuous flue gas analyzers for heavy smelting and foundry operations. Our services include system design, commissioning, and ongoing technical support to ensure compliance with applicable emission standards.
The client must provide safe site access, accurate operational data, and timely payment. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and for ensuring that the installation environment meets our specified requirements.
Our liability is limited to the value of the equipment or service provided. We are not liable for indirect damages, production losses, or regulatory fines resulting from misuse or improper maintenance of our systems.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. In case of material breach, the non-breaching party may terminate immediately. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become due and equipment must be returned or paid for.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website.
